Lexus has released a few clearer images of the RZ 450e electric car, one of the most anticipated products of the Japanese luxury car company, which promises to become a "rival" of the Tesla Model Y.

The newly released images show that the car when viewed horizontally is quite similar to Toyota bZ4x and Subaru Solterra, two models using the same e-TNGA platform. However, the C-pillar of the Lexus-branded crossover is black, giving the car a slightly more elegant, "luxury" design.
At the back, the Lexus RZ 450e has a completely different style from its brothers from Toyota and Subaru. Instead of double taillights, the RZ 450e has a simpler and more elegant design, just a thin but sturdy strip that hugs the rear of the car, in the position close to the rear door cover integrated with the spoiler.

Behind the wheel, there are air vents shaped like a boomerang, helping to increase the modern and sporty look of the car.
The front image previously published by Lexus shows that the company's signature spindle grille has been improved, with the lower part expanding, the two sides are vertical air vents. The nose of the car is shaped to protrude forward, as sharp as the edge of a razor, full of personality.
No pictures of the interior are yet available, but it will most likely be filled with cutting-edge technology and premium materials, as Lexus has been positioned as a luxury car brand.

The engine of the Lexus RZ 450e is still a secret. Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra are equipped with electric motors mounted on each bridge, for a total capacity of 215 horsepower. In Lexus cars, the number is likely to be higher. The same level of 536 hp can be expected from the LF-Z Electrified Concept, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3 seconds.
Information about the battery pack has also not been announced. The bZ4X model uses a 72.8 kWh battery pack.
