Citing a source from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, MacRumors page said that the MacBook Air 2022 version will have a completely new design, along with many color options similar to the 24-inch iMac model.
Accordingly, the appearance of the machine will possess many similarities with the MacBook Pro 2021, but with a lighter and thinner size.
The screen border and keyboard are also expected to be white, instead of black as before.
Kuo also believes that the MacBook Air 2022 is still equipped with an M1 chip, not M2 as previously rumored.
Most likely, this model will also not have a MiniLED screen, because this is an equipment only for the high-end Pro product line.
It is expected that the MacBook Air 2022 will start mass production at the end of the second quarter or in the third quarter of this year.
